SO. SOOOOO many new things to talk about . first off. SCHEDULE : day 1 = back and bi’s , day 2 = Shoulders (a.m.) , Chest and Tris (p.m.) , day 3 = LEGS and trappppsss (y) , day 4 = REST rest rest. ABS are done every other day … this is my downfall i never do abs therefor i have JUST a flat stomach =[[[[ . do em every other day like you should with a routine that ill eventualy give and youll be SHREDDED in no time.
finally went up in weight on my deadlift i went from only 235 to 290 ! after a whole bunch of sets of 5 - 6 reps at 290 i try a bigger max and i got 320 !!!. Bench max is finally at a new peak of 355 and my squat max is at 315 ( i know the sqaut’s not the best ,but that’s big for me since usually my legs were VERYYY behind )

Hi, I wanted to ask about how you gain. Do you bulk then cut? I've been asking around and this is what people say. But in your experience, is there not a way to stay fairly lean and still build muscle? Or am I dreaming? haha. I've been going to the gym for a few months now, and am making some gains, but I've sill got a layer of fat over my belly, and I want it to go, but do I need to bulk first, then cut it? or can I cut it, then build up from there, staying lean? definitely bulk then cut. the reason is because: to bulk u DON’T need protein, or creatine, or fiber or good workouts. you need CALORIES.you cant just eat a lot though and do nothing. if you do amazing workouts AND also watch your fat intake at the same time ; then a large increase in calories will lead to some monster size =) the stomach fat probably just comes from not being cautious enough about the fat you take in, and also not enough time working out abs/doing fat burning excersizes. the 2 can be done at least 3 times a week if needed

thanks =], and ok it REALLY depends. i LOVE both and i still can’t decide which one i’d like better but i can tell you this. MMA is just amazing it feels so cool to learn so many forms of combat and to be able to use them all and to be in touch with your whole body. Boxing on the other hand is a whole different amazing experience because all though its limited to punches only It’s that classic tried and true test of manliness, endurance and willpower. it’s just a test of how much of a man you are haha , idk it’s the best feeling in the world. I would recommend you try both if you’re interested and see which one REALLLYYY gets that feeling in you when you know you HAVE TO do it. best of luck !! =]
When working out it’s all about going SLOW on the negative and then exploding up on the positive. i saw a lot of guys just throwing weights at the gym today and doing lots of swinging. Leave your ego at the door and use a weight you can control ! your results will absolutely multiply
casein is a gift from the gods ! haha, no more worrying about that over night muscle loss nd knowing my body is eating away at the gains i worked so hard for. If you work for them , you deserve to keep them ! go the extra mile, take Casein.
People think theyre so awesome its DISGUSTING. so many nasty things being said like telling other ppl “you’re ugly” or “you’re way too confident”. its cowards like that who will never accomplish anything because they’re afraid of the world. also, if i saw any of the ppl who say stuff like this to another human being on the street i’d KICK THE LIVING SHIT OUT OF THEM. i’m really not one for internet bullies or “tough guys”. theres another name for them , scumbags.
